Why does OCD focus on just specific stories and not on just the general stories? I have OCD based on infidelity, yet mine tend to focus on specific infidelity stories. Someone is cheating right now, yet I don't obsess on that general information, just specific stories on cheating.

Good question LIK. My OCD focuses on Infectuois Dieseses.
