I know you want him back!!! I'm so sorry that you are going through this right now... I know you probably don't want to hear this because it hurts real bad and I know that you just want a way to make the hurt go away..... Please do your best to be gentle with yourself. This hurt....it is grieving!! It is a healthy process, but it is never fun or enjoyable. It is good to let yourself grieve. If you hold it in...it will become toxic and eat you up, and you have enough inside that can do that for you. You don't need anymore.  If you allow yourself to grieve, the internal pressure from the hurt will not build as much and ultimately, you will start to feel better, but it is a process and it will take some time. Please remember dear one....this is NOT your always!!!! This is your right now...and some day, you will be beyond it!!! I am here for you if you need to talk. You can PM me, or we can chat. Please, take good care of you!!!!!  :
