I don't know if this is the appropriate place to say this but I have begun to notice that I have accumulated an enourmous number of PM's from many of you wonderful people offering words of support and encouragement. I can't thank you enough! (((((HUGS!!))))).

Where the apology comes in is that for the past month I have been very withdrawn in my own little world of fear, anxiety and panic so it's been a chore for me to do much of anything. I'll go a few days or maybe a week where I'm just feeling miserable and then get 2-3 hours where I'm suddenly not feeling to bad and I'll be in a mad rush to get as much done as I can during this precious time (ie; try to help other people here, answer posts, get stuff done around the house, shop, etc). Anyway, I just wanted you all to know that I'm not ignoring you or anything:-).

(((((((((EVERYONE))))))))))

I'm so sorry that you're going through this, and believe me when I tell you no apology is needed. I have Depression, Panic Disorder and a host of other things and there are times I can barely get out of bed, much less function at a normal rate. Please take good care of yourself and let US support YOU.

Hugs,

Jan
