Ah, but my dear Ryan,

The key to making housework fun is to put in your best effort, do a good job, and be able to look at the job you've done and feel that sense of pride.

Oh, and the knowing that if your neighbors come over they won't see a mess that will make you want to hide in the closet...

Hope you're well bud, love ya,
Greg

(hi bp!)

sigh. I WISH I could do housework! The object of my efforts never talked back, or otherwise complained, and generally complied. The appreciation I felt (my own) when I had something accomplished was a good feeling...

...another thought... could it be that the idea of cleaning up behind yourself as you go through the day has gone the way of family dinners?

..and.. just what DOES the term suxxx mean? I doubt it refers to something innoculous as a vacuum cleaner.

Greg, how do you do that? I mean find the diamond in a pile of crap? I do do a good job and I'm happy that my house looks great... except for my bedroom, but I'm never EVER gonna clean that. It's my one room where I can be a slob. Clean close to the right of the bed... dirty clothes in the hamper on the left. Drawers stay empty... so does the closet. BTW Greg, I'm doing well for now. Thanks for asking. How are you? Love ya man.

Ry

PS... did I just hijack my own thread?

Ry

LOL sky... and the term suxxxxx most definately has nothing to do with a vacuum. It's meaning has however, in this case, been changed to mean I HATE HOUSE WORK!!!!! Ah, but thankfully I've finished.

I just cleaned my house again today...hated every minute of it, until I sat down, smelled how 'clean' things were, and felt a sense of accomplishment. So, maybe its not THAT bad. (Nope, it is LOL)
