Here is a great quote that I read in an article about Borderline Personality Disorder in a national newspaper.......The quote is from the book, "Prozac Highway"

So true for many of us, I am sure.......especially those of us with BPD.....

Yep, a certain truth in that statement about BPD.......but much courage in the overcoming, is it not?

see I think that's quite harsh. It might be true in some cases but to say you get labelled bpd cos your psych hates you.... That's just not right

Harsh......very! But true nonetheless......not in all cases.......and it is merely a quote that resonated with me.......

I struggled quite significantly with help in the older days.......psychs and T's ran for the hills at the mere mention of BPD.

It is quite frankly, VERY difficult to treat.......or it was in my case.......it only made me fight harder for better treatment......which I did get eventually.

Generally, I have experienced much dissatisfaction and malaise when speaking to others with BPD in getting the right help.

That is unfortunately the reality.......I am not meaning to sound cynical, more reflective.
