Well, I'm not over at mom's tonight (where the guy is around) so it's not bad. I didn't see him, but apparently mom and my step-dad were driving home and saw him and called the cops. Or, something like that. (Well, somebody called the cops anyways...I don't remember the whole story) anyways, apparently he does this sort of thing a lot.

I remember that happening in my neighborhood when I was growing up in California.....that was back in the 1950's. They reported that we had a "peeping Tom" going around the neighborhood. I had blinds on my bedroom window.....there was about 10 feet between houses & my room was at the very back before the backyard fence, so they had to walk in quite a ways to get back that far. I was so afraid after that, I always kept my blinds closed all the time. Anytime I would hear the gate jiggle, I would freak out & duck & hide. I never saw the person outside my window thank heavens, but my imagination did many times. I still get strange feelings around windows that don't have curtains covering them especially at night when I can't see out. (I am 56 now).
Sometimes when I get that creepy feeling & I end up running up stairs just to feel safe. Living alone on my farm way out in the country, you would think it would be better....only thing that helps is that I have 6 dogs that go off with their barking any time there is a little noise....& I keep my porch lights on at all times so I can see. If I haven't gotten over that creepy feeling yet, I don't think it's ever going away. I can definitely understand how you are feeling & it is a very normal feeling with the thought that someone might be outside looking in. Take care of yourelf, ![]() Debbie I love having my 6 dogs as they go off anytime they hear a sound....now that I live alone on my farm way out in the country, you would think I would feel safe.....NO WAY.....that same haunting feeling has stuck with me all my life.

Yeah, basically we just keep our blinds and windows shut at night so it's not so bad.

EEEWWWW creepy. We had one of those in my neighborhood when I was a kid. Me and my sisters caught him looking in our window one night and my step dad ran him off with a bat while my mom called the cops. They caught him 3 days later in the woods. It haunts me to this day
