I can see where we tend to run into the same brick wall over & over..personally, I hold so much anger inside that does not get expressed..there is the path of forgiveness that I sooo want to actively choose, to persue, to come to peace with, yet the anger is addicting, the sympathy I achieve when I describe all I had been through to someone, I pray on it.

It is time to fight spirally, even if it is natural..I deserve more peace of mind..............................

i have always preferred the image of a transcendent spiral to that of 2 dimensional, endless spinning... i wonder if brains spin in circles, looking for solutions, but not being able to recognize when a particular solution arises and i wonder if it is fear and conditioning that blocks out the signal that our brains would normally receive telling it that the solution has been found? sorry if off topic, ty for the article pachy

Yes I believe conditioning keeps us running in the same circles, when other circles can found and/or discovered....

We have to re-train our brains, with the help of aids such as DBT skills, the help we receive here. help from a higher power that knows deep down what is best for us, I believe............
