Sorry to hear about your home 50....
![]() I just went through the same thing. I was lucky enough to get a short sale out of it (if you can even call that luck)...but that doesn't really help that much. I don't know if this will help either, but I now have a smaller home...it's an apartment, but there is not as much to keep up with and it is in a nicer area of town. Not trying to minimize loosing a home, just trying to find some form of positive from all of this. I wish you well. Hang in there...this isn't your always!! ![]()

It is extremely stressful and heartbreaking to have this happen. It really hurts and it is an adjustment. I hope you can be very kind and caring to yourself at this time.
I still miss my house very much. But I can appreciate my apartment too. It is cozy and easier to keep up with. ![]() When something breaks I pick up the phone and report it to maintenance and my bank account is untouched ![]() Every week the grass is mowed.. by someone else ![]() I can still plant around the patio ![]() I can have a pet (actually I can have 3 but 1 is enough) ![]() I can try living here... and there... anywhere ![]() Any move is an adjustment. Any adjustment is a process of the unfamiliar becoming familiar. All things familiar...began as something unfamiliar. Time does help, so give yourself lots of time to get through this. ![]() |
