Sad, this is the third time I have tried to get this up today! Today has been rough! I pulled the same thing I do every weekend (go to the BFF's Friday night, don't go anywhere the rest of the weekend) and had a very anxious Monday morning. You would think I would have learned by now that I need to go out and do something (walk, run to the store, ANYTHING) during the weekend so I don't have this reaction on Mondays.

The good news is I can at least identify what is causing the feeling, then deal with each in turn.
- Increasing a stimulant (Adderall) and decreasing my Paxil at the same time, not a good idea. Emailed the Dr and am ok to go back to the 50 mg Paxil for a while. So I recognized it and did something to fix it.
- Since I was an infant, weather fronts throw me "off". Well, we are so windy here and huge front is moving through (nothing but time will take care of that one).
- With Crash having been sick, and myself not feeling well with what I think is a cold and my med changes, I am more sensitive.
- and Finally, I am worth the time I need to take to break issues vying for my attentions down to manageable parts.

I'll be around, but I really didn't want anyone, including the wonderful friends and support network I have here to worry.

Thank you!

I am sorry you are having a rough day, I agree with you that it is good that you are recognizing what is causing you distress. Be kind to yourself, try treating yourself to things that you enjoy, I know that can be tough when you are feeling down but it is totally worth it.
I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Hey...good for you for recognizing these things....that's half the battle!!! You can't initiate change if you don't recognize and validate the need first.

I'm sorry you had a rough morning...we too are getting a cold front moving in and it, for the first time in the season, actaully feels like Fall today. It's blustery...but not too bad.

I am sending you good wishes for you day. Keep practicing your good self care...and yes, make an attempt to pamper yourself a bit today. It may be difficult if you're feeling bad, but...I bet it would make you feel better in the long run.

Take care of you!!

I like the part about the issues demanding your attentions, broken down into manageable partsThat is something I am going to try to do

That was a trick my ADHD Life Coach taught me!

The good news is it is getting better. Although work has been GO!GO!GO! as much as home was!

I think the overall issue I have is that I have never felt more balanced then after I adjusted to the first dosage of Adderall I was on. Part of me is really frustrated that I am having a bad day. I need to remember that even though they are uncomfortable, it is ok to have a bad day.

My strangely wise mother says: "It will look better in the morning", and she is usually right. Thank you all for your support!

Ok guys, because you gave me so much love and support yesterday, I wanted to update you!

Today is MUCH BETTER! I am coming to terms with the idea that I do not need to accomplish everything at once. My coach (BLESS HER!) helped through email and I was able to break stuff down to more do-able peices.

Thank you again for all the love and support, it made the day easier to get through!
