I had a couple beers tonight and although I remained in complete control, if I were to get depressed of if I had been depressed, I would have been SOOOO very out of control. Guess it's meeting time.

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Ryan}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} It must really be a pain in the tush to not be able to have a couple of beers to relax. Have you tried Near Beer? I don't drink, so I don't know if it's any good or not but I had a friend who drank it. Seemed to satisfy him. Someone slap my hand

Baby steps, Hun.
Love ya!

I will not slap your hand. I will give you a hug and tell you that it's a hard thing to overcome and you can do it. I know you can.

Not gonna slap your hand at all. You haven't even been able to hit a meeting! And you only had a few, so you're still on the right track. As far as the near beer suggestion, I switched to that, and just the taste is nice, and it still has hops in it, so it helps you relax. I'll have mabye 2 a night? Compared to the 12 pack a night, and the hangover, it's well worth it! You're doing great!
