Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still alive but I am going through a really low time right now and I am isolating and sleeping alot. I hope to be back soon my friends. Just thought everyone might like to know where I have been lately. Hope you are all well . Take care

Hope you are feeling better.....was wondering if your down feeling has anything to do with the winter coming on......even here in KY which is much more south than Nova Scotia, we are all starting to feel the lack of sunshine & coldness.....when this season hits....so does our feeling worse. Thinking about you & hoping you are feeling better, Debbie
