Hello I am Susanna a right leg amputee single mom from Upstate NY. I was hit by a drunk driver 10 years ago. Hello all

Hi Susanna!
 Welcome to PC. I'm sorry to hear that you were hit by a drunk driver 10 years ago and are an amputee as a result. There is just no excuse for drunk driving.  Where in Upstate NY are you, if I may ask. I'm in Toronto, Canada. We're practically neighbours.

Hello I am in the Catskills. Yes it does stink about drunk drivers. I have made the best of it though and love life even more now. My daughters have been a wonderful help to me through all of it.

Welcome Susanna ! Glad you found PC ! Great folks here, always willing to listen, support, advise, hug, etc.
Small world I guess - I used to chat in PC years ago with a great gal from upstate NY, who was in an accident with a snow plow truck, and is an amputee. Nice to meet you and look forward to getting to know you better ! |

Thanks and I was hit by a drunk driver. He was driving a 18 wheeler. Happy to have found such a nice board.
