This morning I'm feeling really down about my work situation.

Whilst it's a long story in the past when I worked on the station website I lifted the hits by 150%, last year when I was producing Nights I lifted the ratings by 4% - this year I'm working on the Morning show (which I hate) and I'm nothing more than a dogs body.

I feel I have proven myself time and time again yet instead of being in the studio I'm stuck behind a computer.

I find it very depressing - I'm bored...I have my penfriends I write to but I just feel completley disheartened about where I am at work.

I've taken up smoking again after 6 months off and I'm finding it hard to get motivated to finish the next draft of my play.

In regards to the smoking I keep telling myself 'this is the last one' but it never is...
