do u ever get scaredd to go to sleep cause of bad dreams? i had one last night and now im really scared to go to sleep even though i have to go to school in 7 hours

Sometimes I'm afraid to go to sleep because my dreams are better than real life.

I have felt that way before. What I do is lay down and tell myself I am going to think only really good thoughts. Something that you really like. When I do that my dreams always seem to come out good.

i will try that but what if it doesn't work and it comes back it was so real and so scary

Have you talked with your T about this? It might help to get some techinques to help you with this.

i have not seen her sence but i have a conciler at school i told her casue i had to cause i stoped taking my medication and i didnt want to sleep i didnt sleep for 2 whole days but she said it might have been cause that night i was on tylonal 3 because i brock a rib and i took gravel because the tylonal 3 makes me sick plus my medication and she said that was not a good combination but then i had it again last night and i wasnt on the medication so i dont no what to do now

Sounds like you need to keep taking your meds. I know when I am not on my meds my semptoms get worse. And I would tell the school counselor that you have been feeling worse and feel like you need to come more often.

talking on the phone because goodbye is such a long sad word

What i would like to tell you is this

I know my aunt loves me I know she will always love me
does this take the sadness away no it doesnt but
it helps to know she is still close by and I can still
talk to her and if I listen real close I may just hear
her reply or advice.

Im 21 and no I did not have friends and I still dont. I was also bullied but it made me build charicter and I think I became a more understand and accepting person for it. Im not saying bullying is right but in my case I could not stop it even though I did everything right like telling people so I understand what you are going through. Have you told teachers/parents about whats going on?

You should tell a parent or teacher about it.

The only way to fix things are to tell people and does not matter if he is part of the school or not they can help you out.
