Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know I'm back among the land of the living. I came home last saturday and am glad to be home. Some how I got a sinus infection so am having to take huge pills to get rid of it. I'm hoping that's all it is. I am sore and not able to sit for long periods of time which is why I havent' posted til now. I am working my way back to recovery.

Jannie, I am so happy that your surgery is a thing of the past. I know surprisingly many people who have had gastric by-pass. I am so glad you are back. Please go to the appointments and groups as the doc suggests. I am happy for you and wonder how you will feel in your new body. I have seen great success.

Welcome back Janniebug. That is great that the surgery went well...sorry that a sinus infection got to you though...sinuses can really make life miserable on top of recovery from a surgery.

Hoping that you continue improving & have a great future in front of you.

Debbie

I'm glad to hear the surgery went well and that you're recovering! I'm sorry to hear about the sinus infection though - I hope it passes quickly.

Welcome back jannie! I had a sinus infection last week. They put me on augmentin. I had to take 2 HUGE (1,000 mg) pills twice a day. Yipes!

Looking forward to seeing you here more. Can't wait to ask you tons of questions about your surgery/recovery.

Good to have you back on the mend. Do take care and listen to those docs and nurses as you heal....they want to see you bouncing back at a healthy pace too. I'm back part time

I don't think I saw this when I hollered for you today or yesterday (memory? what's that? I'm back part time ) so thanks for thinking of us and letting us know how you're doing.
