Its just like this I dont know If it is anger or bipolar .When somebody say sumthing mean or get on my nerves Its hard for me to control my self I end up getting In there face telling them whats on my mind .And I like I flip out when they say something mean to mean cause I dont think like say sumthing like Its not worth it .And I have bad mood swings like the next min I can be nice and the next I can be mean .I dont know if the mood swings are there cause I be anxious and on edge .Bipolar does run In my family and also panic attacks .I was told by people I need anger management I dont know .Iam also haveing really bad irritable mood.I dont know if it hormones related either because I also suffer from inregular periods .I just want help because I cannot control my temper .I dont know If it is cause by my dad trigger me.He always picking at me making fun of my ocd and panic attacks saying things like Its all in my head and when I tell my siblings I just had a panic attack and there he is laughing at me and this does hurt me that he always pick on me Iam the eight child of the family and he have his favorite children that he loves .I dont know if this is causeing the anger or bipolar .

He just put me on a mood stablizer which is gabapentin.

I think you have anger issues here and justifiably so - it's not nice to make fun of you like that. I think someone needs to nicely speak to your father. You can also learn how to channel this anger into constructive assertivenss - sticking up for yourself respectfully. You can also learn deep breathing exercises that will calm you, so that you can react assertively, instead of becoming angry - which is destructive to you and others. Best of luck.

Maybe some of each?

You could add anger management (and talk therapy in addition to medication) and see if that helps.

my mood changes alot have a ? will prozoc help with my moods changes ? hste feeling the way i am
