I am feeling like I need to apologize for not being here lately. I have been doing really well, for a change, and I have been avoiding PC because it can be so triggering for me. I feel badly because I want to be here when I am doing well so that I can support everyone else, but I am so scared of falling back down. I hope you can understand and know that I think about all of you. You have been there so much for me, and I'm sure when this "up" period ends (which it will) I will be back looking for support myself. I will try to get to chat when I can, I really want to be supportive. I miss you all. Sorry!

I understand about wanting to avoid a place for fear of being triggered... I'm glad you're looking out for yourself in this way. Please don't feel bad about it or anything; you're looking after yourself in a very good way. Please take care, and I hope you continue feeling good Sorry!.
