It's so frustrating when someone says they are going to do something and then they don't. I have had to send this person three email reminders and still no response. I have no leverage so I have to sit idly by and wait and I can't let on that I'm frustrated.

The issue I am waiting a response on will determine whether or not I can continue my business, so it's a big deal to me. A simple five word response to my email to let me know they are going to do what they said they are going to do would solve the problem.

I hate worrying about this and I wish it was easy to distract myself but the stakes are really high. I find myself getting very angry. Having a place to vent helps, so thanks PC!

I'm trying to think of a constructive way to deal with this anger & frustration. I find myself checking email every 2 minutes. Maybe I'll go for a walk...

A walk sounds like a good idea.

Yep, I second that, and I have also been there. Some people... will be hoping for a good outcome. Huggs
