Trying to keep things moving along. I do better with my moods if I'm busy. Just can't make myself get off the couch unless I absolutely have to.

Make a list of things you would like to accomplish. Make it a rule that you cannot get on the couch until you have checked off at least one thing on the list.

Have to agree with Byzantine - make a short list of things to get done and don't let yourself sit on the couch until you're done.
