let's make more effort to welcome new arrivals. i remember when i first came here, every little effort that was made to make me feel welcome felt so good................everyone wants to be "loved". I'd like to see New Arrivals welcomed...........

Hi sweetie, of course you are right and I will try to notice and encourage new folks. I am so self absorbed so please don't take it persoanlly.
