After an 86 day stay in hospital, I am now back home and ready to live my life. I now have a correct diagnosis (Borderline Personality Disorder), and great outpatient support (psychiatrist, group therapy, one-on-one therapy, family and friends). I'm sure this will help me a lot.

I also recognize that there will be bad days, but I now have some coping skills on how to handle my impulsive urges, such as talking to someone else about how I feel, or doing something to keep me busy.

Thank you everyone for supporting me during my stay at the hospital. I always looked forward to checking the computer and catching up on what the PC community was up to.

Glad you're out, and it sounds like you have a great support system in place to help you. Make use of it.

Good luck.

I'm glad that you were able to get the correct diagnosis. That helps so much. I'm also glad that you are ready to come home!
