Hi Wise,

What brings me down is the wishing to feel better. I've been working on trying to face up to feeling bad, accepting it as part of the deal.

I know it's hard. ((((((((((((((((((((((wise)))))))))))))))))))))))

Changed antibiotics today, maybe that will help. Also aware that my legs and hips are hurting so time for swome good stretches. I am going to start feeling better.
