Have you seen a therapist and/or pdoc for this? If not you may want to start there, treatment for this is possible and works. I wish you luck with this.

 are you in treatment with a psychiatrist or psychologist? if not, please call and attempt to get into one soon. this is managable, i've read. be safe, kd
