I went to Frank Warren's presentation yesterday. It was amazing. If you get a chance to go to it I would highly recommend it.

If you haven't heard of Frank he is the person that requested people send in postcards to him sharing a secret they have never shared with anyone. He then compiled those postcards in a book. He does a lot for raising awareness for mental illness and s******.
