Hello ((((Queen))))

Try not to worry you've taken a good step in your health. The psychological assessment is a preset test or I should say a set of tasks that are used across the board to evaluate psychological health. The behaviours are marked onto an assessment sheet and they sort of score your actions and behaviours etc.

Theres nothing to be worried or concerned about, I think your psychologist is very sensible to do this and not just talk to you for 20 minutes and then toss a diagnsis at you. At least this way you will have a clearer picture of what is going on with you. I really hope you get a good clear result and treatment that suits your situation,

Rhiannon

Lol. Yes, that seems to be the case with almost everyone, mentally ill, or not, when it comes to medical tests.

Nonetheless, I am glad it went smoothly.

Have a good one.
Thanks for this!
