Wisconsin enacted a "do not call" list a year or two ago. They offered a phone and online signup, and both were jammed for days with people taking advantage of it. I haven't gotten a single telemarketing call in about 2 years, and I LOVE IT! Now if there were only a law to make the bill collectors stop calling. Ha!!
