hi eveyone. i am new here i am looking for infomation on self help idea for Schizoaffective Disorder.. and agorphobia. I have both.. with the agorphobia i am home bound have been for the last 5 yrs. I was getting out to get to dr for my meds. but now that is even impossible. .
not only cant i get out of my house but its getting to the point i start panicing when ever i leave my room.. i keep telling myself that i have to do it.... scared as i might be.. any one have any sudjections??

Hi Darladeedu, and WELCOME to the forum!!!

I, too, have agoraphobia, (check out about it under the anxiety section of this site), so I can really relate to what you are going through. I hope you will keep posting, because continuing to interact with the 'outside world' in whatever way is very important, and I have found a lot of support here, and I really believe that you will too.
