Thanks...I gave him my heart, and it feels like he ripped it out and stomped on it. I feel so stupid for opening up so much to him. I feel very nervous about ever loving anyone again.

 Yeah, I've been there. I know nothing anyone can say can help because it's a time process sort of thing. You'll love again and you'll be all the wiser. (hopefully) I bet your eyes are all puffy. I hate it when I get puffy eyes. Try to be good to yourself. You will feel better, eventually.
