Having members tell other members to NOT respond to them or their threads, posts. Sending a PM to someone, and then blocking any answering PM from them.

I don't remember anything about PMs. Aren't blocking PMs our choice? I would think so. Frustrating, but still our choice. Hope you get the answers you need.
