So for maybe, 2 years or so?, I've had this strangest thing where I would just completely space out. It's only for the briefest moments, though. I had it today, I was in class listening to my teacher lecture, that's when I felt like I was floating and I couldn't control anything. It just sort of hits me at random. Also, there is always this light pressure on my forehead whenever this happens. I do not do drugs, but I did have OCD, but it's slowly fading out..

Would this be derealization? Any feedback?

for some people it is and for others it isnt. there are lots of medical and mental reasons this can be happening to you. it could even be as simple as not eating right or dehydration or sleep deprived. it could also be medication related,

since we cannot diagnose each other here, the only way to know for sure what this is for you is, for you to contact your doctors, let them know whats going on and they cant ell you what it is and how to fix/ prevent it.

Some of us also just day-dream. It would need to take careful monitoring and a professional to help make an accurate diagnosis.
It's not too much of a problem if it only happen ocassionally, but if you cannot get yourself to control it, there could be times where it could be a problem.
People with his stress anad anxiety levels often experience this, and it is also a symptom of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
