Like shouldnt there be like a member list or something like that,that tells you who joined when and all that other stuff???If not then can we make one?

I don't know, but my guess is no. People join and leave all the time. Not sure who would manage a list like that. There is a log of all the userids, but also some people might want to stay private. I like your Stan - can I borrow him? LMo We are ALL going to be a-ok!

actually yes there woudl be, some members donto log visible, and do not want others to knwo when they are on the fourm, and some come here for privacy, and if we posted a members list, that would be an ivasion of privicy..

Friends,
I am having computer problems but I now can retrieve the personal messages. But I am now experianceing what the message says is problems with "cookies" in relation to posting replys to some posters. If you do not get a reply from me, that means that you could post your message to me on the "general" board, for that board is working but the other boards are not . My system is windows 98, circa 1998. If anyone can help me on this, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Lou |

Well very few people know the real me.. ANd I like it that way. And very few know the real other people on this site.
I can come here and post my poems and I am just another person. But if a close freind, whom I am not giong to say ever thoguth my poems where about them it woujld kill them.. Hence why we make up "user" names and only tell certain ones who we really are.. Privacy is a very big issue for some of us, and that is why we are like a fmaily. We do not wash out others and we keep secerts.. We have had some probles in the past over "privacy" issues someone useing someone else name, and so foth.. That is why a members list would not be a good idea. It would give someone the right to be mean or mialice towards me or anyone else that they did not like our writing our post or anything.. This site is for the use of deperssion and other things. You can actually see that already if you click on there name, it will show a new window with when they joined and then you can click on show all users posts and you will see all that they have posted.

Hey there
 Being that there are about 3,000 members what would you need to know about them, other than what is available here? This probably is the best way to "chat" with one another and yet respect each other's privacy. Pm's and going on chat is a fun way to get to know each other, the more you use these great options you may find what you are looking for.
