Hi.
I just wanted to mention a website with a great new book about Depression written by an MD that went through it himself.

Thanks.

I will look for it used on half.com

Another good one is William Styron's Darkness Visible. It is a potent trigger, a real punch in the gut to anyone who has been there, so be careful. It is a good one to have your friends and family read to see where you have been.

A punch in the gut is an understatement for Darkness Visable, ((((Kvin)))) - I couldn't even get all of the way thru it, it was so real... Thanks for the book suggestion, Guadsman, and WELCOME to the forum! Warmest regards to both of you - Peanut
