If any of you folks out there are interested in interrelationships between mental illness and nutrients (or the lack thereof) here's a psychiatrist's blog devoted pretty much entirely to those issues in many separate posts. The link here is to a meta-post bringing together links to a number of separate posts on the same blog each having to do with a different aspect of the Mental Health/Diet connection:

If you find something you think would be of interest to other PC'ers, be so kind as to post here on this thread with links to the particular post you have found. Thanks! Take care.

Thanks Ygrec! I work hard studying the interrelationship of the physical body with mental/emotional, etc.

i know raw eggs flip people out but ive been doing shooters for awhile & they help me to feel better. i was putting one in a cup of milk but this morning i put one in a cup of low acid orange juice. i live in the united states dunno if eggs here are any more safe than other countries but ive never gotten sick off of raw eggs. dont do it every day just once a week sometimes i put 2 raw eggs in whatever im mixin it with. theres r times when i have a hung over feeling (i dont drink) i guess like simple carb hangovers from eatin too much junk too late in the evening & the raw eggs help
