I just want to apologize to anyone who has sent PM's to me and I haven't got back to you. I have been working a lot and I don't always have time to reply to PM's. I do read them all but if I don't reply it is because I am busy. I am doing this post here as I have had many PM's from various members that I just haven't had time to answer. I'm sorry, please know I think of you all.

perhaps closing ones pm's would be helpful? Personally I don't "do" pm's but know if someone did want a reply and didnt get one it can be upsetting..if one has time to post and read then surely replying isn't impossible?

I can understand how difficult it may be to reply at times. Reading can go fairly quickly but sending out a well thought out reply can take time, and sometimes some just don't have that time.

It can feel contrite to just send out a hug and not answer fully to the member who pm'd. And I think most members (I hope) are pretty understanding of other's time constraints.

((((((((((( pegs ))))))))))) I know you are a hard worker and you also have a home and family to care for. Those things take up a lot of your time. If I know you, you will get caught up as soon as you can!

Pegasus, I'm bad about noticing when I have a PM and am frequently not here for days at a time so am frequently "late" in responding to people. I empathize about lack of time or energy to send out a well thought out response. How about sending a short "got your message. Thank you" response?

Thanks for this!

(((((pegs))))),

I completely understand what you are saying. There are times when it takes me months to get a reply sent out....sometimes I think I have already replied right after reading it & then later go back & realize that I didn't get the reply actually written & sent....but then again, I have spent several hours & more sometimes writing a reply, only to loose it because of an internet glitch.....that really makes is harder to go back & reconstruct my thoughts & then my thoughts go on strike & make it even harder to get the reply out.

It takes so long to put together a well thought through reply & without the time it takes to do that, it's difficult.....& for me it's hard just to send a quick PM, because then, in my mind, I have replied when it reality, I haven't.

Thoughtful of you to create this post to help get through this overload time you are going through.

Take care & remember to breath when you have a chance.
