great link jennie!! thanks!!

wasn't aware of their organization but have been aware of local art show that has been run for more than a decade. have refused to participate past few years but this year have two pieces in the show. (the director kept on bugging us each year to enter.......guess she somehow got through the thick skull this year!)

there is an evening of poetry, dance/movement and music. a couple days later they hold the artists reception for the visual arts portion. still not sure if we'll be attending the reception as we're not into speaking about our process.

not easy to share the finished product of "art" that comes from therapy relating to trauma/csa. not easy to write up summaries to post below this work.

for some artists it is more natural to speak in their medium to get their story out. for others it is a long journey getting back to a place where art is helping again.

fab link sweetie!!
