Hi i have posted a few times but am having a very bad time tonight. My boys are with my husband.I am so sad and worried for them.I called a "friend" tonight who i am sure will never want to talk to me again after hearing me talk about my fear for my kids and my history of abuse. no one ever wants to hear the truth . I have tried getting in contact with my psychologist but he does not do crisis phone calles so here i am freaking out about everything. I hate myself and my life. I have cut myself tonight(not a sucide threat) but I still feel numb. Does anyone understand or care?

I care! I am so sorry you are having such a hard time. Maybe you should try to call another crisis hotline? I hope you will be ok. PM me if you need to.

I am a cutter and know how much it hurts to be in fear of someone you love being hurt by another. Please try to call a hotline or PM me if you need to. I do not like hearing that you hurt yourself, but I do understand the need to do it when you are so worried and such a wreck.

Maybe try writing down the things you want to say to your doctor and just reading the note to him/her or have her/him read it?

I find that writing things down is easier than talking about them sometimes.
