Which songs you like to listen to when you're mad, depressed, anxious, etc?
Here's one I listen to sometimes when i'm angry. Video contains swearing and offensive lyrics. |

Show tunes--My Fair Lady, South Pacific, and theme from The Fantastics also,
Sound of Music...I think they help because they get me humming, singing aloud, and forgetting my infantile fears, depression, panic,the act of singing or dancing around gets me into a silly mood, And I pop out of it. There are some people who would think I'm "crazy" for doing this. |
