Which songs you like to listen to when you're mad, depressed, anxious, etc?

Here's one I listen to sometimes when i'm angry.

Video contains swearing and offensive lyrics.

"Unwell" by Matchbox 20. Also, the CD "Mercury Falling" by Sting...I've sort of dubbed it "the bipolar album".

Hey byz in cloud cookoo land.....don't you find that gregorian chant makes you really vibrate on the inside? I HATE vibration.......I love the Chant ('cause it makes my scalp prickle) but then it becomes too "painful" to listen to and I go into a trance which is kind of nice but I get scared I will never come out of it.

The chant reminds me of a time when I felt close to the other-worldly.

Show tunes--My Fair Lady, South Pacific, and theme from The Fantastics also,

Sound of Music...I think they help because they get me humming, singing aloud,
and forgetting my infantile fears, depression, panic, the act of singing or dancing around gets me into a silly mood, And I pop out of it.

There are some people who would think I'm "crazy" for doing this.
Thanks for this!

Anything Johnny Cash
18 and Life - Skid Row

and don't think I'm a dork but my antidepressant music is the Greece soundtrack and Bon Jovi singing Hallelujah
