Please do not freak...though I am tense as can be...we are expecting huge storms followed by...sigh snow...and they said we may lose power from the winds and well rain at the rate of 5 inches an hour..Minus my anxiety I will be OK but wanted to get on early for me and post off and on till and if we lose power

Sleeps, I know what you mean. Just the other night we were having tornado warnings in Southwest Misssouri. I had to get off the computer. Crazy weather! There was one tornado in the area (about 30 miles from me) which did some structural damage. I hate storms.

Yeah, I'm a little worried too. I think I'm going to go take a nice long soak now, just in case. I wouldn't want to be caught, er, nekkid in the tub in the middle of a tornado!

Watch out for flooding, too.

Hey Ozzie and GG...yeah I know they said on tornados here too.....ugh and when I hear the weather I get very scared I dont know why but I get a tad toooo freaked out

My mom used to really get really freaked out during storms, so you're not the only one.

The odd thing is Ozzie I like storms but fear no power for days and stuff I am lol odd/.....I borrow trouble as my mom would say...I can do no lights I have caming lamps and no water....well cause I have a few gallon jugs but heat .....I think that scares me the most...and I get wayyyy TOO freaked like gimme a valium freaked...I ran out today in the rain and got supplies...but to keep warm..or in the summer cool...I fear it the most...I try not to take my Valium and take it just at night but I could use one ....or so lol

Thanks JMO...I am trying the lights flickered but so far we have heat.thats all I need is heat...we are going to get way cold ....my house right now is a sweat box in case we lose heat I figure I can go a few more hours on it this way......I am the type to sleep all bundled up WITH socks on
