There is this place within me that I call my yawn spot...somewhere deep in my throat and between my ears I can feel it like the inner pressure when i yawn. It is where where sadness and joy do battle....when my spirit meets my soul in that space my yawn spot weeps. Do any of you have one of those?

I can only say the battle between my illness and recovery treatment are between a plan of action and my willingness to carry it out.

Keep posting and searching for answers that have meaning to you. Some semblance of wellness is attainable for most.

Hi, thechild; yes, I can relate. I have one also. Our joy and our sorrow may be different, but, yes.....that location is one of my battle zones.
