This a chat that meets once a week on a certain day or night to give fun less stressful ways of journaling. Goals, things to do that helps you find ways of dealing with everything. Job, home, family, people you don't get along with,
dealing with trauma, dealing with effects of war etc.. Sharing is okay but only if that is something you want to do. A place we can hang on each other when times get tough. Ways to get through therapy faster if that is your goal.
For it to be an "official chat" there has to be a chat leader. I will unless someone else would like to which I would love. I think this chat is needed here for all mental health issues......... to hopefully share with your therapist.

Great questions ya'll

don't forget to Vote!
Later and ask some more ??'s, Crew

Great idea; I love journalling and it does break down the blocks...if only I take the
time to open it and write, or keep one on my laptop. Prollem is...when one reads back on years of journalling, one can easily say, who was that person? Guess that's progress!!
Thanks for this!
