When I was younger I also suffered terrible social anxiety. I was extremely shy, would turn beat red like a tomato and would get panic attacks. I used to get a failing grade on a project if it meant getting up in front of the class. I also had social anxiety and still have it a little BUT its improved greatly. So you're not alone and it doesn't mean you're a loser. Yes kids and teenagers can be cruel and they're losers for laughing.

2004 this girl at work swore at me continuously and i didn't do anything about it i just took her abuse like the loser i am. rofl.

1988 - i went to school with no school bag or books or pens because i thought we were asked not to bring anything in. I was the only kid in class who thought this and i had to borrow everything cos i'm a loser. I tried to return the pens after school but nobody wanted anything that i had touched

I went to university later but i failed for five consecutive years cos i'm a loser. I then went to loser college and i was made the dean of admissions.

What could someone say so you can stop thinking this way?

It's okay to make mistakes. We're not perfect. Everyone makes mistakes.

i lost the receipt for my car and couldn't claim it as tax on my return. it cost me 6000 dollars. The car broke down after two years and i sold it for 150 dollars. This means when i become homeless i won't even have a car to sleep in.

Most everyone readily can look back at times when our behavior has been extremely embarrassing. What you describe is evidence you are human with the fallibilities we all must deal with. Negativity is not helpful. Learn and move forward.

I did something like that over 20 years earlier; stood up there and just looked at the class (college public speaking class) and then said, "I want to sit down" even when the teacher asked me to just take a deep breath and start again; I just kept babbling, "I want to sit down" until she let me.

However, I was not then or now a loser. I learned to give a speech without messing my pants or dying and got a "B" in the course. Lots of things are scary; we just have to keep trying until they become more familiar and easier to accomplish. I was scared of giving "public" speeches, some people are afraid of small, furry, animals (I had a rabbit I brought to work, it was in a box across the room but my coworker kept turning around suddenly, terrified it was "sneaking up" on her) and others are afraid of things they refuse to tell people about for fear they'll get laughed at.

You aren't a loser; those who laughed are the losers; they lost the opportunity to help someone else and get the good karma of being helped sometime in return when they were scared

No one is perfect. Don't sound that bad to me. I could tell you loser stories, I choose not to go there though. It does nothing for me when I do!

I could not speak in class ever! I would fake sickness so I didn't have to speak in class. I was totally petrified. No one is perfect. I could tell you some real loser stories about myself. I chose not to go there though it is really depressing for me. Do you enjoy being a loser? Some people do you know! kinda like a victim thing, It is really up to you. take care my friend.
