I have seen to far in to the political / ways of life here in the west.

Col Gadafi's body in a museum. My country going in to political turmoil.
My grandfather , my grand-parents, my father and mother did not go through hell so I would go through hell.

I live in 2 worlds. The 20th century and the 21st century.

I am confused as to which I belong. (may i have a pill). Then i can choose.

Sorry if this offends.

Sorry.

I know that in comparison i live in luxury.

It still hurts like hell though.

Sorry
Thanks for this!

It is ok to vent, just normal. Your being heard, I am listening, its ok. Just make time to look up and limit that down time.

Than you AC and open.

Ac you are right, I am allowed an opinion I guess.

Open eyes. I will try for more down time with my thoughts.

I just put the 'radio' on. I have not listened to the news for about a month. I guess I should vet what news I hear nowadays.
It sometimes comes as a shock when I hear about things that I am interested in, but when given the 'news', it has the power to upset me. I never used to be this touchy about local and world news.

Is it a good thing to be very in touch with my deepest emotional fears of what may be. What the rest of this century may bring.

I would love a higher power to bring order to this planet (like in the book, 'Childhoods End - A.C Clarke).

Thanks for the reply's. It does mean a lot to me when I feel less alone.

No, no, you ARE allowed an opinion

And yes although it would be good for a higher power to come and sort this place out, although I am also a strong believer of learning from your own mistakes..

Saying that, that's just my opinion

Hope your okay
Thanks for this!

Wherever we live the news gets horrible. Every day there is more bad news. It gets to us all and probably more to the ones here because we all have mental health issues already. I find that sometimes I can't listen at all. I am sick of it all. Sometimes I get away and that helps........we need to regroup...we need joy and sun and flowers, music, love..whatever that floats our boat. ......The misery of the world will be there when we get back and then maybe we can listen again and maybe help even... Remember we are human.....just simple humans who can only take so much...we need to be a little easier on ourselves as well. We do what we can and then we need to rest......

Besides Sanada..while you rest from the misery it gives someone else a chance to help and add their words of wisdom to the planet

The media portrays most people with mental illness as violent or flat out crazy. Yet, that is not an accurate portrait of a person with mental health concerns
