I was in a room and in my head. I heard inside my head, these screams. It wasn't loud, just in my head. But it's not nice. Thankfully, I don't experience this all the time. Just rarely.

Hey happy cheeks. Screaming in my head i get. It's usually the me's doing screamings. Different me's but me. Or i can have memory screaming as i like to call it- ie my mom screaming, dad screaming, brother screaming. Usually happens when i'm depressed or depressed and confused. Or lack of self image at times like i'm ****ing up stuff. But i'm not sure if that relates to your screams. Only other out ward scream i've heard is usually when i'm sick like flu, it'll be a kid's scream usually but That's out ward scream not in head like the me screams. I haven't told much of this to t i told pdoc and he sort of disregarded it (lot of help right lol) but idk. What type of scream do you speak of in your post?

Hmmm. I would let you therapist or pdoc know, if you have one. It could be some concern if just random, meaning on reason behind it. Still even if a reason behind it, would still talk about it to find ways to soothe it. Wish you well happy cheeks

Its happened to me happy. Its usually as I fall asleep. My T said that its not uncommon when on medications. It does not happen often though. As I am recovering too its becoming something that's fading away (thank goodness).
She described it as a typical psych experience that many of her patients have experienced.
Sometimes though (well a lot), I'll chat to myself. So I maybe telling myself to shut up. Its like a debate is going on all the time in my brain. So a voice takes order.

I haven't experienced exactly that, but I do sometimes think I hear my name being screamed or shouted when I'm listening to music, it's not nice lol.
