Hi Charlotte,
Apparently your username did not "take" in the system, I can't find you anywhere under either the name you used in chat, or the name you PM'd me with. My suggestion is to re-join, using the username you want, and then see if it works OK. Please let me know if you get this, and if you're able to get joined up with us without any further problems.
