Ok so i went to my 1st psychologist appointment yesterday, and it was pretty intense. I got some stuff off my chest and it felt pretty good. I usually don't discuss my feelings with anyone at all. So today I'm feeling a little tired, maybe a little sad just kinda blah. Whats the deal is this like a psychologist hang over??? Any Advice will be greatly appreciated

After intense therapy, I've found that I've been very exhausted. Since you are not at all used to sharing your emotions with anyone, I think this is pretty normal. Sometimes therapy can be quite tiring. Just rest and recuperate.

Take care.

That sounds normal. After getting that weight off your shoulders you're bound to be a little exhausted.

Talking about past hurt and pains can and will take its toll on your body - the body holds all the negativity that your mind stressed over..... so it is only natural to feel drained from time to time - but it will get better as you empty out the trash more often.

Hi Maze,

That's very normal. It will get easier in time. Hang in there.

Cheers!
