I've been pissed since Friday.
But I can't say anything because it wouldn't be... compassionate or supportive or empathic Because I don't have one of a few diagnoses, everything I say should be within my immediate control? I don't get a "get out of jail free" card? You know, maybe sometimes I don't want to have to be held accountable for my actions either. ![]()

I'm feeling the same way -- pissed. I put up with a lot of rumbling and grumbling pretty much on a daily basis with my husband. I'm a little on edge because of upcoming stress test, and have just asked him to give me a little room with my behavior. Had to make the point again this morning.

I hear YOU there.... hubby and I are at odds with each other (have been for about 3 days) and I just don't have what it takes to deal with any MALE today (4 of them in the house right now).... so I am going back to BED after I finish here and sleep the day away.

I think that we've all felt that way. It's frustrating! Hope things start to feel better for you soon.

PM me if you need to vent. You can vent in any way you like and it doesn't have to be compassionate, nice, or empathetic.
Everyone needs to vent in their own way and if that's not the nice way, then so be it! I know that I'm that way, too. I'm never nice about it.

Wi_fighter - I have a thread going in Relationships about something I'm struggling with, that is very similar to what you're talking about. It's stressful to feel like you have to walk on eggshells, but at the same time to feel like you can't make mistakes yourself.
I just want you to know that I understand... I'm struggling with that too. ![]()

If your angry enough to say your angry then just say it. That's what this is here for. Who cares if it's compassionate.....if you feel it would benefit you (as in relief), to say it, then just say it.
Everybody gets mad........everybody complains too. It's a part of the cycle. I hope you feel better....... Desirae
