what is the chat room that you CAN get to? I'm in the main one but i can move....

Just for the info:

Clicking on "Chat" gets you into the main room

Soc- Social

and Sup- Support

no. This is what I get and I have the latest version of java.

If a new chat window doesn't open automatically after a few seconds, your browser may not support Java or have it enabled. Please consult your Web browser's Help file for information on how to enable Java. You may also try downloading and installing the latest version of Java on your computer (this has helped many members).

Click on that version of Java anyway. It's always helped me in the past...
