First off, I am not native speaker. Consequently excuse me because of inappropriate words and expression style.

I'll cut my thread very short. As I stated in the title, When people laugh or smile, I always think they laugh at me and mock me and ridicule me. How can I overcome this?

Thank you

Learn about paranoid symtoms. Overcoming helps when you logically think about it. I use to be that way too, but educating yourself about this will likely help.
