Hello
Just a quick question. A couple of years ago now, I had 2-3 days when I felt perfectly normal. The sensation was quite new to me, but I knew that 'this' was how I was supposed to feel. Then it went away and never returned. I have no idea how I suddenly 'got better' or how to get that feeling back. Has this ever happened to anyone?
FH
Thanks for this!

Hi Frozen, I am glad you experienced some good days to be able to see the difference of what life can be. Personally, I have good days and then maybe some not so good days.
Welcome to PC. bj

Yes I have Frozenheart, It was so strange I had just a few days of this clarity, where I felt like I could really think clearly. Someone told me that is what most people feel all the time, I was amazed as I have never felt that way before. 'It' has not happened again. If you figure it out let me know please. I wish you well.

I had that for a few weeks when I was on Abilify. it was a miracle! I thought, wow, this is how "normal" people feel like! this is great!

unfortunately I couldn't stay on the Abilify (blood sugar level was too high) but I remember how that feels and I'm striving every day to get back there; I know it's possible.
