I'm not sure what board this should be posted on? I hope I'm in the right place? I have a brother that has a doctorate in education. He tweets on twitter. He's always tweeting article type tweets about education along with a link to the article. I have replied to his tweets with questions regarding his tweets. He never replies back. His tweets to me come across as someone who can't tweet an original thought or idea. He just tweets about articles written in other publications. I can't think of what this is called? I know there has to be a personality trait that his behavior exhibits. I'm getting very frustrated with his behavior towards me in not answering my questions regarding his tweets. I don't know what to do?

Have you tried to talk with him in private and let him know how you feel? Or is he the intimidating type where you don't feel comfortable doing that? You are his sister, I completely understand if you do not feel comfortable as I have a brother too! Good luck!

Tweeting isn't a two-way conversation. It's a shout-out.
"Hear I am, world! This is what I'm doing! Moving on, now ..." The person tweeting doesn't have a "receive" mode. Try to not take this personally because your brother's talking to the world with his tweets, not you. Just get off his list. It's really not intended for a family member when used as he's using it. I would email him your questions; start a longer conversation about what you think about the articles and what you'd like to know and, "Hey, how are you, anyway?"
